Reiki Healing and Mindfulness - Gentle practices to restore and calm your energy.

Why Have Reiki?


At A Better Self Therapies, Reiki is offered as a gentle, restorative practice to help you feel more balanced, calm, and connected to yourself.  Reiki is a healing technique also known as energy healing and I work using hand near or hand on practise.


Reiki works with your body’s natural energy system to promote healing — emotionally, physically, and spiritually. It’s a deeply relaxing therapy that allows space for whatever needs to shift.


You might choose Reiki to:


Ease anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue


Support recovery after stress, trauma, or illness


Release tension held in the body


Reconnect with your sense of peace and inner stillness


Complement your wider healing journey


You don’t have to ‘believe’ in Reiki for it to work — just come as you are, and allow your body and mind to receive.


I am a qualified Holy Fire Reiki III Master/ Teacher and I offer sessions on Saturdays at GH Hair Design in King's Lynn (sessions last approximately 45 minutes and booking is required).
