Emotional Freedom Techniques - Tapping

EFT, often referred to as “tapping,” is a gentle therapeutic approach that combines ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology. By tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on emotional issues, EFT helps to release energy blockages and restore emotional balance.


How Does EFT Work?


Emotional distress -whether rooted in trauma, anxiety, limiting beliefs, or physical symptoms can disrupt the body’s energy system.
