I have always been good at hearing the things that are not spoken. My background in psychology and sociology has shown me the importance of paying attention to all behaviours and not simply the spoken ones. I have trained in the pluralistic approach to counselling and use a holistic approach as I appreciate that one size does not fit all.
I provide a non judgemental space either online or in person, where you will be able to talk freely and explore and feelings that might be causing difficulties. I use a variety of modalities and often use worksheets, arts and crafts, inner child and core wound work.
Whilst working with me, there will be regular reviews with regards to progress and needs enabling you as the client to remain in control.

Together, we can work to understand your emotions and past experiences, uncovering themes that may be repeating and finding ways to walk away from what no longer serves you and putting down what is not yours to carry.
